The Waikato District Council rating year is 1 July 2011 – 30 June 2012. A 10 per cent penalty is added to the remainder of any instalment not paid by the due/penalty date.
Rates revaluation 2011
All properties in the Waikato district have now been revalued and the new valuation notices will be sent out during the week of 14 November. All properties in the Waikato district are revalued by Quotable Value every three years.

To obtain property settlement information please print and complete Part A of this form and fax to 07 824 5808. It is Council’s preference to provide rates information for settlement in writing this to ensure miscommunications are avoided when verbally advised.
