The majority of Waikato District Council meetings are held at the Ngaruawahia Office,
15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia.
Occasionally, the Hearings Committee accommodates applicants and/or submitters by holding meetings off-site at the area concerned.
The Creative Communities New Zealand Scheme Assessment Committee meeting is held twice a year. These meetings usually rotate between Huntly, Ngaruawahia and Raglan.
Waikato District Council and Committee Meetings
The full monthly Council meeting is held in the Council Chamber with all other Standing Committee meetings held in Committee Rooms 1 and 2.
Community Board and Community Committee meetings are held off-site with the exception of the Ngaruawahia Community Board meeting. This meeting generally meets on the second Tuesday of the month and is scheduled to commence at 6.00pm.

Huntly Community Board
The Huntly Community Board meets on the third Tuesday of the month, at the Riverside Room, Civic Centre, Main Street, Huntly. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 6.00pm.
Raglan Community Board
The Raglan Community Board meets on the second Tuesday of the month, at the Supper Room, Town Hall, Bow Street, Raglan. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 1.30pm.
Taupiri Community Board
The Taupiri Community Board meets on the first Monday of the month, at Memorial Hall, Greenlane Road, Taupiri. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 6.00pm.
Community Committee Meetings
Meremere Community Committee
The Meremere Community Committee meets on the second Thursday of the month, at Meremere Church, Te Puea Avenue, Meremere. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 7.00pm.
Te Kauwhata Community Committee
The Te Kauwhata Community Committee meets on the first Wednesday of the month, at St John's Hall, Baird Avenue, Te Kauwhata. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 7.00pm.
