The Rural Ward Discretionary Fund Committee of the Waikato District Council meets to discuss applications received for funding, funding criteria, and funds which have been allocated to areas of the district that are not covered by the Community Boards or committees.
The Rural Ward Discretionary Fund Committee meets four times a year - March, June, September and December.
The meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each quarter and are scheduled to commence at 10.30am.
