Public Notice of Application Concerning Resource Consent
Section 95A of the Resource Management Act 1991
Waikato District Council has received the following application:
Applicant: Jirdan Investments Ltd
Proposal: Application for a Resource Consent to establish and operate an education facility (childcare/primary school facility) for up to 100 pupils and 10 staff on Land Zoned Country Living.
Location: 267 Newell Road, Tamahere being Lot 9 DPS 10663 as comprised in Certificate of Title SA51B/232.
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
The application may be inspected at the following Waikato District Council offices and libraries during normal opening hours:

• Public Library, 4 Jesmond Street, Ngaruawahia
• Hamilton City Council Library – Level 3, Garden Place, Hamilton

Submissions close at 5pm on Thursday 16 February 2012.
You must serve a copy of your submission on Jirdan Investments Ltd, whose address for service is PRS Planning Services, PO Box 16125 Urlich Avenue, Hamilton 3245, as soon as reasonably practicable after serving your submission on Waikato District Council.
