Summary
Plan Change 5 involves the implementation of the Vision and Strategy for the Waikato River by inserting new explanatory text, objectives and rules into the Waikato District Plan to guide future development within the Waikato River and its catchment so that the health and wellbeing of the Waikato River is ensured.
