- Monday 21 May – LTP hearing (9am to 4pm)
- Wednesday 23 May – LTP hearing (1pm to 8pm)
- Thursday 24 May – LTP hearing (9am to 4pm)
- Friday 25 May – LTP hearing (9am to 4pm)
All the hearings will be held at the Ngaruawahia Office in the Council Chambers.
